We determine if any refurbishment (from light touch redecoration to full scale kitchen/bathroom upgrades) is required to make your property more attractive to prospective tenants. We will cover the cost of refurbishment in some cases and in others, will manage the refurbishment works on your behalf.

We will tenant your property and take care of all tenancy related matters, so you no longer need to worry about late night calls! We ensure that all regulatory requirements of HMOs are maintained.
We will arrange regular cleaning of communal areas in your property to ensure it is kept in excellent condition. We will pay for minor maintenance costs and inform you of any major works that need to be carried out on your property.
